Dr. Zoidberg is still identical to the original.

How exactly does the addition of a fez on each character NOT make this a copyright infringement???

I think that the addition of the capes to hide some of the Doctors' "clothing" (on whats-his-face from Half-Life[?], for example) is what is really what keeps it from crossing the line... You can say it's not really Zoidberg because he's not really dressed in his "normal" Futurama attire, you know what I mean? But the fezzes help to say that it's not the same character, (as the Doctor here looks more like 10; who never wore a fez, as opposed to 11; who knows how cool they are)

Does anybody have a http://shirt.woot.com/offers/cloak-of-visibility-lightweight-hoodie and/or http://shirt.woot.com/offers/who-needs-gravity-zip-up-hoodie in MXL that they don't want and/or need to sell? I would LOVE to buy it from you! I am currently offering $40+S&H for either one new, and $20-30+S&H for either one used! Please contact me ASAP, thanks!

Good point, Omar. I wasn't really sure how to obfuscate the characters without killing the recognition, but if I took off the googly eyes it would probably still work.
It would help if I knew exactly who the copyright culprits were.

If woot doesn't feel comfortable printing this, I'm sure they will reject it (hopefully sooner than later) and I will graciously submit to their woothority.

I think addition of the fezzes is hilarious!

All you did was add capes. They are not parodies. It looks like them. It's very nicely done but rejection will come.

It's late, but just change the mouth. Instead of four thingies, have three.

How could this be the Society of Adventuring Doctors and not have Doctor Venture?!

Maybe that is a good way around! I like the design a lot! (specially because of Indy and Zoidberg). I just worry about the rejection

Anyway, good job as always. Good luck!

Thanks for the nice comments and suggestions, everyone!
In the event of a rejection I have another version with a less Zoidbergy Zoidberg (which I actually prefer) rearing to go. I hope a round of rejections comes soon.

How does this fix the rejection issue? Fezzes are cool. That's how.

Also, bowties.

Re: The Society of Adventuring Doctors (RESUB)

Afraid any homage to adventuring doctors that doesn't have one of the Star Trek doctors represented misses the mark for me. McCoy was a quintessential adventuring doc, and would look spiffy in a fez. Or Doc Crusher would add a female element to appeal to feminist nerds. (Either out-adventures Dr. E. Brown IMHO.)
