So since your Threadless idea isn't actually in print, (which is itself a close rework from a shirt you had for sale up at Ript a few years ago) does this fall under the similar shirts exist rule? I thought that was only for shirts in print.

Yes I said that. I don't think the linear version which did print is close enough in design to be a similar shirt, in my opinion. My question was whether the circular design, which was never printed, counts for the similar shirts rule.

I did this same idea for a puzzle trail back in 2005. (Without the green eggs and ham, since that was the puzzle solution)
