I am surprised you didn't include the lines about his head chopped off and his liver removed.

I really like this. Always nice to see a Monty Python design...
However, if this prints PLEASE submit a final version without the incorrect apostrophe in it's.
You need the possessive pronoun, its, not the contraction, it's--which means it is.

I agree - I would totally buy this if the apostrophe was corrected! Good luck!

Re: Sir Robin

thanks for the punctuation notes. I thought it looked wrong, but all the lyric sites I went to had it as "it's":

http://www.metrolyrics.com/brave-sir-robin-ran-away-lyrics-monty-python.html

http://www.songlyrics.com/monty-python/brave-sir-robin-ran-away-lyrics/

http://www.lyricsmania.com/brave_sir_robin_ran_away_lyrics_monty_python.html

I agree though that grammatically it shouldn't be there, so I'll remove it and post a new image here before sending it in. Thanks for the support!!

Lyric sites are mostly based on the general public typing everything in.

FWIW, the script references have 'its'.

My speech is not parsing. I am speaking in ellipsis.

I like it. Ages ago I did a similar parrot one for that sketch, but it didn't turn out as well. +1

Yup, was just going to say the same....I would LOVE to own this shirt if you got rid of the apostrophe. We're a whole family of grammar mavens, I'd never hear the end of it if I appeared at family gatherings in a grammatically incorrect shirt!

UPDATE: artwork was submitted to woot without the apostrophe.

lesson learned... don't trust lyric sites.

I'm glad this shirt has done so well. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed tomorrow morning. Good luck!

Thanks for being so understanding about one of the more particular points of grammar.
By the way, when can we use typography in the contests? I just graduated from graphic design school and I am more comfortable with typography than only illustration.
