Hey, tiki greasers everywhere! Hitch a nightmare ride down hell’s dragstrip with this head-hunting, spear-chucking, nitro-burning, flame-belching Polynesian death idol. From its lei-draped figureskull to its velvet window curtains, his hepped-up hearse is as sharp as that spear in his hand – and he’s lava-crazed for action, action, ACTION! Get out of his way or get headshrunk, L7!
This shirt was designed by: Blair Sayer, a longtime freelance illustrator, admirer of Ed “Big Daddy” Roth, and resident of the world’s windiest city: Wellington, New Zealand. So he’s not just some South Pacific wanna-be.
Wear this shirt: while you’re canvassing for your preferred candidate ahead of the Super Tuesday primaries. The key to winning the nomination lies in turning out the South Pacific skeleton vote.
Don’t wear this shirt: if you’re actually a hotrodding tiki spectre. You’re the only kind of person who won’t look cooler wearing it.
This shirt tells the world: “What am I impaling on a spear and roasting over a campfire while I dance around chanting demonic incantations? Whaddya got?”
We call this color: Molten Asphalt.
