Don't mean to be a party pooper on this one, but did you mean to say "Kiss me, my shirt says I'M Irish?"

"Kiss my, my shirt says Irish" doesn't make sense.

Nope. That’s exactly what I meant. The wearer just has a shirt with the word Irish on it, so they expect a Kiss. It’s the same as saying, Kiss Me, My Shirt is Green!
