Perfect! You really nailed the shading style and optimistic pose. And the type looks great too. So often I see great images with mediocre type. Nice to see that you've got both locked in.

I had a lot of fun with this one! Choosing a typeface isn't the easiest thing for me so I'm glad it came out well

I went for a utopian look here though I was tempted to make something more eastern bloc

I like this alot. I love the colors and the pose. Seems simple but powerful and iconic.

A bit late, but I want to note: this is a great design that I had somehow missed until orabbit posted it as his choice in the main forum "what I'd pick" thread. I then hopped on over here and voted right quick for this design. It's absolutely, wonderfully, ticklishly lovely and clever and good.
