When we first heard about the Human Genome Project, we were seriously alarmed. We wrote letters to our newspaper, our state assembly, our congresspersons, that “Help Me, Herb” guy on the local news, and Emmy Award-winning actor Ed Asner.
“These scientists!” we wrote. “This hubris! They’re swimming in waters way too deep! They’re meddling with issues they can’t possibly understand! This will have ramifications! It’s unnatural!
“Besides,” we continued, “who wants to be that small, anyway? And just to prove these ‘Human Genome Project’ eggheads don’t comprehend what they’re doing, it’s pronounced ‘NOME.’ The G is silent.”
It was Asner who wrote back to set us straight. Stand-up guy, Ed Asner.
This shirt was designed by: sundbe10, whose own DNA has been spliced with that of a newt, in hopes that sundbe10 will acquire the ability to regenerate lost limbs.
Wear this shirt: with a long-underwear shirt underneath for a real ‘90s “grunge” look.
Don’t wear this shirt: with navy blue slacks. It will not go.
This shirt tells the world: “I want to get into your genes.”
We call this color: Deoxyribonucleic Black-cid. It’s stupid, but that’s what we call it.
Our graphic tees are made for every day that you need to get shirt done! Seriously, our t-shirts have been a graphic tee loving enthusiast's favorite since 2007. Our shirts are printed in the USA and every time you buy a shirt, one of our talented artists gets paid!
