Why are there so many shirts about them?

Whales are the fun-loving, happy-go-lucky, carefree hippies of the deep, if the illustration on this shirt can be believed. They like to live life to the fullest, frolicking in the sunshine, splashing about with glee, in a playground that comprises all the world’s oceans. What sweetie-pies!

Even so, we bet they would be ticked off if they ever got wind of the way their music has been sampled for new-age meditation CDs. “What the fluke is this?” they’d ask. “You people took the sacred songs of our great cantors, recorded some tuneless pan-flute hooting over them, and you play them for atmosphere in your yoga classes? That’s messed up, dudes.”

And then it would be us who needed the saving from them.

Wear this shirt: in the drugstore, or at the park, or in restaurants or to the rodeo—anywhere shirts are worn!
