Reviews of Famous Foxes From Our Childhood: 

The Robin Hood fox from that Disney movie- Talk about a fox! This dude had all the foxy guile and swagger you'd expect from a fluffy criminal. He was bright red and sported a fabulous hat. It's easy to see why the other animals would follow him into the shady underbelly of communism.

The Fantastic Fox from that Wes Anderson Movie: We found the stop motion animation to be charming, but a little distracting from the heart of story. This fox is ultimately a family man, who continues to put his wellbeing at risk for the thrill of crime, and communism. 

The clever/helpful sidekick fox from that Disney movie about rabbits learning to be police officers: With a quick wit and a one-step-ahead mentality, this fox shows us that luck is just hard work in disguise. However, his clear communist sympathies are not at all subtle.

The fox who was friend with a hound: Cute and sweet- this movie was clearly an allegory for the communist struggle, with the red fox representing the people's desire for recognition. The bourgeoisie hound is shadow figure for the allure and comfortable complacency of the ruling class. Is it any wonder that the two could never really live in harmony?
