The Superior Business Agency has received the above-referenced complaint from one of your customers regarding their dealings with you. The details of the consumer’s concern are included below. Please review this matter and advise us of your position.

I contracted these two gentlemen to address a slow leak in my basement bathroom. They are, to put it mildly, the most inept and possibly insane plumbers I have ever seen.

Their first order of business when they arrived at my house was to punch a hole in my foyer wall “because there might be a shortcut that way.” When I eventually managed to get them to the bathroom in question, they dropped everything and left to save some supposed member of royalty, and they returned dismayed because - surprise! - the person they saved wasn’t a princess after all. At one point they climbed into my toilet to “try to warp.” Their ramblings about fireballs and clouds were just plain scary.

I don’t even want to tell you what they did to my son’s turtle.

I am a customer. I am right even when I am not. These two men shouldn’t be in business. They should be in a cell somewhere.
