Bill, I get it. I do. The meaning is the message and all that, but I’m in Marketing so the point is lying and distorting the message as much as possible to lure more people into buying it.

“But, it’s not a product or service. Nothing’s for sale. It’s a call to action to help save the planet.”

Yeah, but what are we really saving it from?

“Well, garbage, pollution, you know. Junk in our environment.”

Woah woah WOAH! Now hey I agree and we both get it, but come on. Teach the controversy and all that, right? Now littering hasn’t been proven to come from humans and car exhaust hasn’t been proven to come from cars, so we don’t want to alienate people.

“Are you serious? What possible doubt is there?”

Oh lots of scientists disagree.

“WHICH scientists?”

Mainly the ones that accept money to espouse that opinion. Regardless, lots of people disagree that we should make the world we inhabit and will pass onto our children a better place and they have spending power. No, we need something to increase mass appeal, and I’ve got it.

“I hesitate to ask.”

Zombies.

“Zombies?”

Zombies!

“How does that relate to saving the planet?”

It doesn’t!
