Design a tee for the best region anywhere ever. Can be a Northwest state OR city. We can think of one city that might be particularly good. It rhymes with BEE-KRATTLE.
For the purpose of this derby, Northwest states include: Montana, Wyoming, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Hawaii, and Alaska. No creme tees.
