I grew up in the East. We had cookouts on the grill. I moved to the West. If you cook anything outside on anything, it's a Barbeque.

I don't disgree that most people would call this a BBQ, and I probably have too, in passing. But if you think burgers and hotdogs are BBQ, I would disagree with that.

I don't, but the natives here do. I guess it's a regional thing. (Actually, this area feels like a foreign country to me sometimes.)
