NICE! I'm glad you made a few tweaks. came out great. the sheet music toned down a little is less distracting, but adds a nice texture to the shirt. good luck

Love this shirt! The change you made to the sheet music is a definite improvement!

The way that it's drawn, as well as the fact that there's a hand coming out of the horn (or whatever you call that thing), with a bird on his figure reminds me of monty python. I like the detail work on the bird.

Nice, I like the colors you changed the notes to in the background (saw it earlier in the derby thread), the more subtle colors work well. I would buy it if the main graphic was smaller though, just too big for my tee wearing tendencies. Very nice design anyway! Maybe I would buy it for someone else;)

First thought was clip art. Second thought was it was a more mainstream version of the Coq Music shirt up for support on Cameesa by Monsieur Pimpant.

Just doesn't strike me as original. Sorry.

Great texture and I like the Monty Python feel. Very strange (which I love). Nice work.

I agree with the clip-artish first impression. I mean, after all, if you were doing more than just placing clip-art, why wouldn't you position the bird so the "toes" actually wrap around the finger, which is the natural way a bird would stand.

I'll address these questions just to clarify everything. All of the elements (sheet music, bird, phonograph and hand) in this design were originally public domain images. That being said, all elements have been modified to the point where I feel 100% comfortable in saying that this design is an original work.

If you've voted for this and feel somehow duped, I understand if you want to rescind your vote. I'm not the first artist to use found images in a design and I won't be the last.

Again, I truly appreciate everyone who has voted/supported this design and I hope you'll continue to do so.

I LOVE this! GMV for sure! And I'm going to see if my dad's account is able to vote because of his regular woot purchases.

I personally love how the bird is standing irregularly. It fits the style. This Shirt reminds me of To Kill A Mockingbird. It also feels very vintage, and the green color is perfect!

I agree that this shirt needs to be printed, or I might just cry.

I totally agree! The top 6 are all shirts that I wouldn't care to own. (Though, I'll buy the yellow one for a friend of mine if it's printed.)

The top shirts are such typical cutesy shirts (in my opinion) Except the treble clef one... which is cool... but still, I like this best. ]:
