Re: Know Your Quarks
The graphic made me laugh so loud, I woke my wife up. But why light blue on light blue?
It doesn't pop.
Rejected because: I can't tell what's going on here. Is the text on the design?

Glad you liked it. I was going for something electric ('except that's a different subatomic particle, but still...); they started out yellow, but the blue was cooler. And my fiancee liked the light blue shirt.
Depending on how work goes today, I might resub with a light purple skin tone. Any thoughts?
Re: Know Your Quarks
I like this one except for the colors. I think the Quarks would look better on the royal blue shirt. Good work!
Re: Know Your Quarks
Anyone who knows anything about particle physics will know that this shirt is hilarious!! I think this one and the standard model are the the two best ones so far that I have seen. The faces and outfits on the quarks are too funny. I have to say my favorite color is blue, but this would have looked better on a different color.
Re: Know Your Quarks
Thanks to everyone for their advice. I changed the shirt color (and the color of the quarks, slightly) and added a little more detail to Up and Down.
Hope you like the new one!
Re: Know Your Quarks
lol @ top and bottom
too bad text isn't allowed. I would totally buy the text version, not feelin the nontext nearly as much
Re: Know Your Quarks
Since the text isn't on the shirt (you can see it) then no, there's no text here. I don't think this should have been rejected - but if it was, why was the identical design on royal blue left alone?

I'm gonna guess that someone tattled, or they left the rejectinating until late this week. It seems like the easiest way to check would be to fire up illustrator and check the actual file I sent. Or just reject it blindly because work is hard.
