Why do you automatically think it's a McDonald's box? It very well could be a Burger King fry box or a Wendy's fry box or pretty much any fast food fry box in the world with the same shape.

Are you kidding me? There will be no trademark problems with a generic red fry box. Sometimes you people are crazy nit picky... Tell me you knew this McDonalds link before hand and didn't actively go searching for it when you saw this design.

The expressions and the ominous looming of the fortune teller machine got my vote. Also, the expression style and the fact it's a potato reminds me of a couple of those VGCats comics (not a bad thing to me!)
