ѕucks that something so completely on theme gets rejected this week for such a trivial reason as not meeting a technical requirement, while being virtually completely off-theme last week was completely fine...

From what I have seen of woot being off theme is only sometimes a rejectionable offense however breaking any of the random rules is an automatic rejectionable offence. Moral of the story Theme means nothing and random rules mean everything.

This design is a perfect one for an HM. It's good, it's rejected technically for something that wouldn't matter in the do-over derby.
