Sidenote- banana peels ARE slippery. I have fallen twice, outside, walking down the street on them.

Who leaves banana peels on a street? I think they're actually evil, and move themselves in the path of unsuspecting clumsy people.

I like the simplicity of the design, not great but not bad. strays a bit away from your usual, which is nice.

That is what I was getting at.

I really like this design but I see a lot of people hating on the designer because he rips things off. I am new to Woot so I dont think I have seen any of his other items but I like this one.

I don't think this is going to make sense to the average person, the karts are tiny and blend in with the trees. It just looks like a bananna peel on a road, which doesn't make much sense.

I guess the art doesn't offend me as much as it usually does, though that tree background does look an aweful lot like the same tree background he puts on everything, heh

Why do you need to include the speech bubble "sigh" ? I don't get this shirt. Why is it in the fog? Your entries this week frustrate me ramyb. I know you've done better. So why don't you do better?

Took me a moment to get the joke since the carts are a little small, but I actually like this one. Nice!

I don't really see the anthropomorphic part of this at all, it has eyes and a mouth.

If this was a game theme week, I'd say yes. But I'm going to have to say no.

I know you have a style, and it sells, and haters gonna hate, but for once I'd like to see you break your box and do something that stands out. Just once.

It's interesting how his submissions (when there are more than one) tend to be very close in number of votes. He knows his demographic...

Anyway, this design seems lazy. Hoping for another 'School' cha-ching? I don't see it happening with this design, but who knows (I hope not - it's not deserving, IMO).

Personally, I prefer a reference that is only understood by a select few. The tiny karts in the back do just enough to assure you that you are seeing a Mario Kart reference.
You all can complain about ramyb in 99% of his other designs. I personally think they are crap and wholly unoriginal. This derby theme, however, is kind of asking for ramyb's style. It doesn't expressly say it, but it almost asks for a reference to a well known figure in pop culture adding in something with a cute face. Ramyb shouldn't really be criticized for what he does in this case because it is what half the designs out there are doing right now. This shirt is actually one I would buy and I have only said that about one other Ramyb shirt in the past.
If you want to complain about ramyb go start a thread somewhere else instead of nitpicking this design. Maybe I will join you there in a ramyb effigy-burning.
