I like how this makes no qualms about taking someones derby entry and making a Zelda themed worse version of it and it doesn't get rejected. Cool story woot!

I don't want to be rude, because you have already done a great job at that, but because I had a similar idea doesn't mean I stole it. I imagine we started working on this around the same time. Now I agree his may look better but he only posted his design to woot a few minutes before mine and mine doesn't even use the same patterns.

Hey there. Not that I really need too, but just wanted to state for the record that I'm sure it was coincidental. When I thought of it, it was one of those "man, I'm surprised no one has done this before" kind of deals, so yeah, I'm not surprised at all that we had similar ideas.

I'm still a little nervous my halftones will be a bit much for woot >.> <.< Anyway, was just hoping to clear that up so no undue grief comes your way.

This is sooooo close. You did a good job with the background glows, but the triforce is too sharp. It should be smaller and more blurred, like it's being obscured behind the fabric of the shirt. Also, I would lose the outlines or whatever those are that are extending from the tips of the tri-force.

I believe they let this one stand because it was an attempt at the theme to make it look like something was under the shirt. However, you can have your own opinion on whether or not it even remotely looks like that...

you know, I can't say I wasn't rude because I clearly was. I am sorry about that. I honestly didn't mean to make you feel bad about your work, on your personal site you have some great stuff.

I saw the Mario themed one on a day here and yours the next, the similarities looked as if you just saw it and said "hey a Zelda one would be cool too." Honest mistake, I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions on this design, I am sorry.

I really liked this one more than the one that won. I hope it will get sold. I know a large group of people who would love to wear this shirt.
