Those are unofficial rules and are outdated. It also says no Portal shirts and how many of those have we had in the past year? They haven't been rejecting for Pacman in a long time.

Disregarded how? All you did was link to the unofficial rules thread and a pac-man rejection from 4 years ago.
This is way more parody than half the stuff that prints here there days and there isn't even a Pac-Man on it. It's fine.

Actually, look at the C's, they are pac-man. This is skirting the rejectionator for sure. Very clever, nonetheless.

The C's are Cs, and may look like PacMan, but are Cs. The FONT however, is likely subject to Copyright, as that doesn't appear to be Free Hand.
