I, uh...

Well, okay, I drew this and it's pretty self-explanatory so I'm gonna go now.

Does that count as Pop Culture?

Are dingoes eating babies pop culture? Good question. Not to my knowledge, but...?

EDIT: Well, yes, but this dingo is clearly eating ribs. Sheesh.

EDIT2: Heck, he's not even eating them! He's just carrying them around in a ...sack? What is that, a du rag?

Death of Azaria Chamberlain - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dingoes_Ate_My_Baby

EDIT: "Numerous books have been written about the case. The story has been made into a TV movie, the feature film Evil Angels (released outside of Australia and New Zealand as A Cry in the Dark), a TV miniseries, a play by Brooke Pierce, a concept album by Australian band The Paradise Motel and an opera, Lindy, by Moya Henderson."

I wasn't referencing that.

It was on Seinfeld, too. I'd say...pop culture.

My speech is not parsing. I am speaking in ellipsis.

Either Way, I'm not tattling - and not just because this is easily one of the cleanest designs I've seen so far. These are professional quality animation.

Re: Dingo Daryl's BBQ Shack

I think it would be pop culture if she actually used the pop culture 'phrase' the fact that a dingo at one point ate a baby.. isn't pop culture. It just happened :P

Fantastic work!

Wait wait guys I have a response. Ahem.

THE DESIGN IS ABOUT, NOT BABIES. THE DINGO CLEARLY HAS RIBS AND THE SIGN EVEN SAYS BABYBACK RIBS. >:C I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT A DINGO EATING A BABY except in that one comment up there. Totally unrelated.

Crisis averted.

They only have dingos in the mythical land of Australia, where drag queens named Priscilla drive around the desert. And I think hobbits live near there.

I don't think this is even close to being pop culture and you guys are reaching. :P

Yes we should totally send her one. The tragic death of her child, her persecution and ridicule for years finally summed up on a funny t shirt Awesome.

Yeah, I think this is in the tasteless department. Nice design, but I think it should be rejected for inappropriateness.

Tsk.

Guess I should have prefaced this with a 'too soon?', that would have made it all hip and stuff.

EDIT: While we're on the subject, I went for YEARS hearing the 'dingoes eat babies' thing without knowing details of the actual incident. And if I'd been told, I'd forgotten, that^ was the only part that stuck out in my mind and yes, I found the idea (for the shirt) funny. Do I find the actual incident funny? No. :T

"The Dingo ate my baby" IS pop culture. They have spoofed that on every comedy. Most memorable is Seinfeld. It is not inappropriate. Get a grip people!

Absolutely. Seinfeld did it and that should be everyone moral compass. Of course the entire show was about a group of narcissistic jackasses but if that's who you want to be by all means vote it up.

I've always found it interesting that there are people that think there is a moratorium on a tragedy. Ok, it's been x amount of time lets make fun of those people now. HAHAHA funny.

Next up an auschwitz bed and breakfast t shirt.
