I have a how'd ya do it question. The lines look like Illustrator, but how did you do that texture on the dog? Did you bring it into PS for coloring, or what?

no, all in Illustrator. it's pretty easy. make an object roughly the shape of the area you want to shade and rasterize it, then go Effects/Brush Strokes/Spatter, then live trace it.

That tip just changed my life a little bit. Love your lines. I've been playing with that engraving style, but yours looks so clean. Nice job!

is there really? i guess it makes sense that all the good names are taken in a country with so many hotdog joints. we don't have any in australia.
