We’re assuming it means “revolutionize” in a larger sense than, say, the British version of The Office revolutionized the sitcom. True story: one of us was once in a punk rock band that wrote and recorded a song with the same title as this shirt, way back in 1995.

This shirt was designed by: Tom Burns, who also makes posters, designs t-shirts for other web sites, and has served five consecutive terms as president of the Edie McClurg Fan Club. Guess which one of these facts we made up!
