You guys like cute things and visual puns, right?

What's that? No? Well, too bad.

Awesome job! I like your flop style (like the one you did in the complementary colors derby), but I'll take this cute design too.

Do you use flash for the line work? I been trying to self teach myself that program since I have a purchased version from Adobe CS, but I cannot figure out how to get nice, tapered line.

Thanks! I like to mix things up between the weird/arty stuff and the cute/jokey designs... cute & jokey is usually better recieved, though...

I do all my linework in Inkscape. It's all done manually with the pen tool and a mouse, which is really the only way I can get the lines to be this well-manicured. For the curious, I made a quick tutorial about my process a ways back.

Ah. Well you have some really clean strokes. I have been trying to find a way to get clean lines without traditionally drawing them to save ink and paper (all environmentalist/cost efficient and what not). Maybe I just need to replace my wacom surface pad (it's filled with ruts from all the wear and tear) as well as practice doing more line art on the pad. I have no problems painting or coloring on it though... just clean, crisp line art.

Again, this looks great!

Awesome, omni!

Cute and jokey designs are great so long as they're original and have style - which your's most certainly always do.

This is really well done omni. Puns are cheap humor, but still funny.

This is adorable and clever. I always love your style, omnitarian. I know people have already said this, but your lines are so clean and defined. I love how thick the lines are on this drawing. Thanks for including a tutorial. Nice work. :D

You have no idea how happy you have just made me. Seriously, I could kiss you right now. I have been struggling and struggling with getting smooth lines. Nothing I tried seemed to work. And, now I find there's a free program that can help!? THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!
