Derby #108: Architecture
Hey, this Derby's over. When you're finished reliving past glories, check out what's going on in the Derby right now. It's probably even cooler. Or at least newer.
Neither the lowliest cardboard lean-to nor the grandest marble palace could exist without architecture. It's not all about skyscrapers and colosseums and museums that look like they're melting. When a toddler stacks blocks into a wobbly tower, when a kid sets up a living-room fort with pillows and sheets, when a beaver builds a dam, they're all using architecture, too. There's an old quote, attributed to various people, that goes "Writing about music is like dancing about architecture." So designing a t-shirt about architecture is like what? Painting about juggling? You go do it and you tell us.
