Derby #168: HalloWoot! 2010
Hey, this Derby's over. When you're finished reliving past glories, check out what's going on in the Derby right now. It's probably even cooler. Or at least newer.
It's that time of year again, when the leaves are just starting to change, coffee shops are selling various "pumpkin-spiced" things, and Christmas decorations have been in stores for three months. So in preparation for Halloween we're asking you to design the greatest Halloween shirt ever. Maybe it's a shirt you can wear as your costume, maybe it's a macabre depiction of horror, or maybe it's your usual cute shiny thing stuffed into a witch's hat. Please don't let it be that last one. Get into the spooky spirit with your designs, but like a trick-or-treater must wear reflective clothing, you've got some rules to follow:
No video games.
No Star Wars.
Incidental Text only. If a tombstone in your design has an inscription on it, fine, but no dialogue and no text-centric jokes.
Alter all resubmissions. Any design from a previous Halloween derby must have substantial substantive changes.
No second acts in American lives. A totally random rule from a totally random Woot staffer totally randomly-named Matt.
